As part of our commitment to the quality of our products and services, the health and safety of our employees and to the environment, LEAD ASSEMAH will maintain an integrated management system that conforms to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety, and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Standards requirements respectively and in accordance with the acceptable international code of practices  and any related  applicable codes, guidelines and standards as recommended.

Through actionable commitment, the management will provide the direction and ongoing support for quality and to our health, safety and environmental performance, including safe practices in our general operations through the development and implementation of a written safety management system and safe operating procedures that applies to all levels of the organization, including products and services, equipment and all personnel who are directly involved or employed at these locations.

In order to meet our objectives in quality, health, safety and environmental protection, we require total commitment from all personnel who are directly involved in company operations. This includes managers and staff, fleet operators, technical and crews where applicable.

LEAD  ASSEMAH Management System provides the controlled framework required ensuring regular reviews of the policy, the internal and external issues associated, and its objectives, and shall perform corrective action if goals are not achieved for the purpose of continual suitability and the effective operation of the organization.
